B - parameters for ∆ S = 2 Supersymmetric Operators

چکیده
We present a calculation of the matrix elements of the most general set of ∆S = 2 dimension-six four-fermion operators. The values of the matrix elements are given in terms of the corresponding B-parameters. Our results can be used in many phenomenological applications, since the operators considered here give important contributions to K 0 – ¯ K 0 mixing in several extensions of the Standard Model (supersymmetry, left-right symmetric models, multi-Higgs models etc.). The determination of the matrix elements improves the accuracy of the phenomenological analyses intended to put bounds on basic parameters of the different models, as for example the pattern of the sfermion mass matrices. The calculation has been performed on the lattice, using the tree-level improved Clover action at two different values of the strong coupling constant (β = 6/g 2 0 (a) = 6.0 and 6.2, corresponding to a −1 = 2.1 and 2.7 GeV respectively), in the quenched approximation. The renormalization constants and mixing coefficients of the lattice operators have been obtained non-perturbatively.

We review the construction of minimally bosonized supersymmetric quantum mechanics and its relation to hidden supersymmetries in pure parabosonic (parafermionic) systems. The simplest N = 1 supersymmetric quantum mechanical system is the superoscillator [1] given by the Hamiltonian H = 1 2 {b, b−}+ 1 2 [f, f−]. (1) In addition to H , the system is characterized by the two conserved integrals of...

Borg-type uniqueness theorems for matrix-valued Jacobi operators H and supersymmetric Dirac difference operators D are proved. More precisely, assuming reflectionless matrix coefficients A,B in the self-adjoint Jacobi operator H = AS + AS + B (with S the right/left shift operators on the lattice Z) and the spectrum of H to be a compact interval [E−, E+], E− < E+, we prove that A and B are certa...
متن کاملFour - point functions in N = 4 supersymmetric Yang - Mills theory at two loops
Four-point functions of gauge-invariant operators in D = 4, N = 4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory are studied using N = 2 harmonic superspace perturbation theory. The results are expressed in terms of differential operators acting on a scalar two loop integral. The leading singular behaviour is obtained in the limit that two of the points approach one another. We find logarithmic singularities...
